Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable use rules for Courtix Hosting services and infrastructure.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all services provided by Courtix Hosting LLC. By using our services you agree not to engage in, and not to permit others to engage in, any of the following.

1. Prohibited content and activity

  • Any content or activity that violates US federal, state or local law.
  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware or other malicious code.
  • Unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing, spoofing or identity theft.
  • Infringement of intellectual property rights.
  • Content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening or obscene.
  • Material that sexually exploits minors in any form.
  • Content that promotes or facilitates violence, terrorism or illegal activity.

2. Security and network integrity

  • Do not attempt to breach security or authentication measures, whether on Courtix systems or any third party.
  • Do not run port scans, vulnerability scans or penetration tests against other hosts without written permission.
  • Do not engage in denial-of-service attacks or any activity that degrades availability for other users.
  • Do not forge headers, source addresses or any part of a transmission.

3. Resource use

Services are provided for the agreed workload described in your engagement. Sustained use that materially exceeds the agreed scope may result in throttling, additional fees or suspension after written notice.

4. Enforcement

We will investigate reports of AUP violations and may, at our sole discretion, take any action we consider appropriate, including warning, suspension or termination of service. We will cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

5. Reporting abuse

Report suspected violations to [email protected]. Include URLs, timestamps and any evidence you can share.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
