Our refund, return and cancellation terms for all services.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase and clicking "Pay Now", "Confirm Order", submitting the contact form with the policy acknowledgement checkbox, or any equivalent action, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
At Courtix Hosting LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with our services. This policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund or cancel a service.
1. Custom Software Development
Due to the bespoke nature of software development, the following refund terms apply:
- Before work commences: full refund of any deposit paid, minus a 5% administrative fee.
- After work has commenced: refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis, reflecting the work completed to date. You will receive all work product completed up to the point of cancellation.
- Completed projects: once a project has been delivered and accepted by you, no refunds are available.
Cancellation. You may cancel a development project at any time by providing written notice. A final invoice will be issued for work completed up to the cancellation date.
2. Consulting services
- Before the session: full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Late cancellation: cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
- After the session: consulting fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
3. Platform & Reliability Engineering (managed services)
- Monthly plans: cancelled service takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds for partial months.
- Annual plans: if cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase, a full refund is available. After 14 days, no refunds are available but you retain service until the end of the paid period.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your name and email address associated with the account.
- The service and date of purchase.
- The reason for your refund request.

5. Refund processing
- All approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard) used for the purchase.
- All refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD, $). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply their own exchange rate.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Services suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to provide necessary information or materials required for service delivery, resulting in project delays beyond the agreed timeline.
- Third-party fees (licences, services purchased from third parties, etc.) that have already been incurred.
7. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, please contact us to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may seek remedies available under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
8. Digital services (no physical returns)
As all our services are delivered digitally, there are no physical goods to return. The term "return" in this policy refers to the cessation of digital service access and the corresponding refund of fees as outlined above.
